Dell Inspiron 6000 Widescreen Laptop

The Dell Inspiron 6000, featuring latest Intel Celeron M or Pentium M Processor, is great for professionals who are looking for an affordable and fully featured notebook. The specifications are Inspiron 6000D, Intel Pentium M Processor (1.60 GHz/2 MB Cache/ 533 MHz FSB), 1 GB, DDR2, 400 MHz 2 Dimms, 60 GB Ultra ATA Hard Drive, and 80 WHr 9-cells Lithium-Ion Primary Battery. Inspiron 6000 is best for traveling professionals as it has the ability to hold a battery charge for up to 6 hours. Moreover, it is the first notebook to take advantage of Intel’s new Sonoma Platform and Alviso chipset, the 915 GM/PM.
Inspiron 6000 features the ATI Mobility Radeon X300 graphics card which makes colors on 15.4 inch widescreen display, using a Native Resolution of !280 x 800, as crisp and sharp for easier viewing. The widescreen notebook features all sorts of multimedia amenities like stereo speakers, a full set of multimedia controls, and a DVD burner. The featured Alviso chipset is the DDR2 memory which doubles the clock speeds of DDR SDRAM. The PCI Express bus allows bidirectional higher data throughout i.e. it can transfer data both to and from a PCIe at the same time. The keys are large and comfortable to use except the Delete key. Also, the power-saving feature blurs the display while the system is running on battery.
